HAZELNUT CEREMONIAL CACAO

Pure hazelnut paste with delicate texture infused with the essence of the ceremonial cacao paste from Guatemala added a pinch of rock cavities sea salt from Kythera island in Greece.

This ceremonial cacao from Guatemala is a pure cacao beans paste that occurs after grinding cacao beans that have been previously been fermented, sun dried and roasted. It is crafted by a local artisanal family business run by three generations of women around Lake Atitlan.

The sea salt is collected after the natural evaporation of the sea salt water under the hot summer Sun in the rock cavities around the coast at Kythera island in Greece.

INGREDIENTS: Hazelnuts , ceremonial cacao, sea salt

The oil on top is a natural phenomenon occurring by the settling of the paste at the bottom of the jar. It is a proof of the purity of the product that is made without the use of any emulsifiers or other additives to improve the texture.

Stir before use to emulsify the product again to the desired consistency.
