ALMOND BUTTER

Pure almond butter with rich texture made with just almonds and a pinch of sea salt collected after the natural evaporation of the sea salt water under the hot summer Sun in the rock cavities around the coast at Kythera island in Greece.

INGREDIENTS: Almonds, sea salt

The oil on top is a natural phenomenon occurring by the settling of the almond paste at the bottom of the jar. It is a proof of the purity of the product that is made without the use of any emulsifiers or other additives to improve the texture.

Stir before use to emulsify the product again to the desired consistency.
