The sessions will help you explore the needs of your physical + emotional body in relation to the food resources available according to the season and the local terroir.

The method is based on an innovative and intuitive approach I developed combining scientific food knowledge + hands on culinary experience, tantric exercises to connect to the body through the portals of the senses, personalised food meditation, sensorial food exploration and many more.

You will also receive practical guidance on how to use food ingredients in a wholesome and creative way that will serve the needs of your bodies.

During the sessions, we will be working with certain ingredients that you feel the calling you want to explore more or have been a lot in your life lately. At the same time we will explore foods with which you have had an unbalanced relationship with, such as an addiction, impulse or intolerance. During the meditations we will connect with the energy of each ingredient of your choice and with their connection to Mother Earth.

Moreover, you will be guided on different ways to use the food elements in a wholesome way. We will explore different ways to prepare the food elements and how to alchemise them through cooking in a way that will serve the needs of your bodies. Special alchemic ways that will also preserve the nutritional value, the qualities and the etheric energy of the food element itself.
