ROSE BLOOMED GOAT CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

300 g soft goat cheese
dried rose petals
good quality raw honey from your local beekeeper

EXECUTION 

+ Shape the goat cheese to a round sphere and stabilise it on a plate.

+ Decorate it with dried rose petals (alternatively you could roll the goat cheese sphere on a generous quantity of dried rose petals.

+ Add a generous amount of honey.

Ready to enjoy it on croissant or sourdough bread as light lunch or brunch. Also good to be added in cheery tomato salad.

TIP: if you fancy you could add a pinch of sea salt flower and some olive oil to make it a bit more savory.
