The Conscious Dining Circle


An online gathering in a virtual circle once a month around the time of the new moon where we gather to connect to our bodies, to our nourishment and to each other. A space to meet with the community from wherever you are and connect around our food and the way we nourish our bodies in ritual.

The time of the new moon is the time of new fresh beginnings and a moment to reconsider how we have been doing things until now and change it. A time to reframe the way we treat our bodies in relation to our nourishment. 

We come together to practice body meditation, body and food connection practices, gratitude for the food we have available everyday on our table, food blessing rituals and conscious eating practices

We practice conscious connection to our nourishment and to our bodies while awakening our senses to receive the information from the food in front of us. 

We turn the moment of nourishment into a sacred ritual where we intentionally and consciously choose what to give to our bodies.

… listen to music, talking or reading while being distracted from truly connecting to your nourishment and your body?

Eating consciously in a gentle sanctuary sends messages to the brain that you are safe and your parasympathetic nervous system that is about rest, safety and digestion is activated.

After the 9 full beautiful months of a free offering of this circle for the community, I am now kindly asking a small donation in exchange according to what you can and feel called of offering in return and that is more aligned to your capacities. Starting from 5,- euros or a larger amount if you feel the calling to support my work.

I gently invite you to bring your intention to gather with like hearted souls and to nourish ourselves consciously and in connection to our bodies and to each other. Being conscious at the present moment in togetherness and in connection.
